Dreaded EVAP or faint positive?

I’m so confused. I’m at what I think is anywhere between 9dpo-12dpo. My cycles are very confusing so never too sure when I ovulate. Anyway I was having a few cramps here and there and pink discharge yesterday, took a clear blue early detection test this morning and it came up immediately with this line. I am cramping slightly and I am bleeding slightly more than I’d call spotting, it’s only there if I wipe or stick some tissue up to check. Is this an evap? Or a bfp? Implantation?!

Do you have any other brands of tests? I think clear blue are notoriously bad for evap!

Yes I did a freedom one from Tesco and it was stark negative. The clear blue one is so blue and a complete solid line - that is shocking and awful if they’re letting these tests produce evap lines like that!

Those tests are awful. I stopped buying them as each month I had lines and I was never pregnant

I agree they should regulate such obvious evap.. it’s terrible especially if TTC. Im sure if there was a similar thing happening when we all had to do covid PCR’s they would pull them from production. Imagine a whole workforce off at once for two weeks because of a sh*tty evap test! Not to mention clear blue are always the most
expensive. I saw on another thread that many people recommended the cheap sticks with the pink dye for a lot less chance of evap. I’m new TTC so can’t offer much more advice- I hope you get the result you are after 🤞🏼

Try a boots own early results test, cb are so bad for lines when negative
