Watery pink

Didn't have a clue what to call this thread but wanted to if anyone has a similar experience at my stage.

So I've had three losses, MMC, a MC and an early/chemical pregnancy. I have no living children. I've always wondered if I have a progesterone issue and have been waiting for the referral from the hospital since December.

I'm currently 5w6d. Yesterday morning I wiped and saw watery pink. I doubled checked and it was still there. A little bit later I bear down a little and got more of a red on the tissue but it's been generally watery pink. Spoke to EPU and they got me in for a blood test right away.

Results came back this morning. 151 HCG and 26.7 progesterone. She says that's a good number for where I am. The bleeding could be if I'm a rare blood group, a cervix issue, because my period would be due and my body knows it or imbedding.

I go back tomorrow for another blood test. Given all of my losses I'm petrified. My MC was back in 2018 and I feel like the bleeding as consistent and went on for days gradually getting worse. This seems to go from light to almost not there and then sometimes a tiny bit more. I also had rumbling type cramps (nothing painful but just more of a period like "somethings going on") feeling that's not here today.

I'm trying to be realistic given my history but was wondering if anyone had any experience of either successful pregnancies or the start of a MC that sounds like it started that way? I'm now more than 36 hours from when it started and it's definitely not got any more severe than that first wipe x

I had this in my first pregnancy, at 5+6 too. I had a transvaginal scan at 6+2 in EPU and saw heartbeat. The spotting continued for days but couldn't find a source of the bleed. Said it is likely just one of those things. DD is now a healthy 5 year old.

Also had some very heavy bleeding and clots at 7 weeks with my second pregnancy and she is now nearly 7 months, snoring next to me in bed.

I wish you all the best with this pregnancy, hoping for a doubled hcg level for you tomorrow x

Thank you SO much for your reply @Nursemumma92

I know it's so hard to call it as there's so much that can happen in the first few weeks but the moment I saw any sort of colour on the toilet roll I thought "here we go, my 4th loss" and since it's continued to be this oddly super light watery pink I just don't remember that from my MC.

I'm keeping everything crossed, I've been resting all day and I will try to update this post with whatever the outcome is ♥️ x

I bleed quite a lot while pregnant. It is very, very stressful! I really feel for you, but try to stay calm. It is not necessarily anything problematic.

Just to update this post, my HCG from today's results at 132 - they've dropped and I will be miscarrying my 4th pregnancy. There are no words right now.
