not sure what I’m supposed to be looking for in a pregnancy supplement- some have 18 vitamins and some have 26! Any ideas? What works for you?

I preferred seven seas over pregnacare. I think the added ginger helped with nausea.

Seven Seas - brilliant

I went with pregnacare with 1&2 but did cause some nausea. This time I went with proceive as they’re supposed to be absorbed better and they haven’t cause any nausea. There’s ones for each trimester which I thought was quite good

Started with Zita west and swapped to pregnacare max as it was way cheaper

I’ve been using seven seas since I was 5 weeks pregnant. I’m now nearly 17 weeks and agree with the others I think the added ginger really helped with my nausea.
