10 weeks, no symptoms!?

I'm almost 10 weeks with my second and have had barely any symptoms whatsoever. If it wasn't for positive tests I don't think I'd really suspect I was pregnant. I've not had any sickness whatsoever, my boobs feel sore at times but honestly nothing major and that's pretty much the only symptom I've had so far!

This is night and day from my first pregnancy where I had extreme tiredness and sickness up until 18 weeks.

Has anybody had a completely diff pregnancy to their first? I feel a bit worried actually and I'm still a few weeks off my first scan before I get any reassurance 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'm with you - 10 weeks today and the only symptom is tiredness but I do have 2 under 3 so more than likely that 😆

When is your 12 week scan?

vivaforeverr · 25/07/2023 21:19

@mumtotwox 2 under 3, wow! My first scan is the 19th August. I don't think I will believe until I actually see the baby just because of how normal I've felt so far!

I didn't really feel anything either until nausea kicked in. Congratulations and enjoy!

It's not all that unusual to have no symptoms. I didn't even realise I was pregnant until 11 weeks with my first because I felt so normal. I was a lot more fatigued in the first trimester this time around although still not bad.

I’m a little behind you at 9 weeks and am the same. No symptoms aside from sore breasts and some tiredness. Crazy how some people are majorly affected and some just don’t feel anything!

I'm 10 weeks and been tired, sore boobs but nothing much else. And feeling more energised in the last few days.

I had HG in first pregnancy so was throwing up all day and night (ended in a MMC). I’m currently over 15 weeks.

This pregnancy, sickness has been way less (thankfully!!), and I was scared I wasn’t even pregnant as I was so surprised in the difference and to not have HG again. I had totally convinced myself that I had a blighted ovum and that’s why my symptoms were less extreme, and was shocked when I went to the 12 week scan and saw a little baby.

Some of the main symptoms I had last time have also been non-existent (such as heartburn, acid reflux, super long hair growth, super pink cheeks) and been replaced with totally new ones (such as dizziness, belly hair, dry skin, more veiny).

I was told each pregnancy is unique and different, it’s not worth comparing to previous ones as each one can completely vary 😊 Hope you can try not to worry too much before your scan!

I had hyperemesis in my first pregnancy and was bed ridden until 16 weeks

currently 9 weeks in my second pregnancy and while I have been nauseous and had bad fatigue in the afternoons, it’s NOTHING like my first pregnancy. I’m functional! I’m working!

I had a 7 week scan which shows all in progressing as it should, but I’m getting so anxious that somethings gone wrong because I don’t feel ill enough 🙃😅
