Dental work at 11 weeks?

Has anyone been to the dentist at 11 weeks pregnant?
I'm 11+3 currently, one molar has cracked and one on the other side has had a large filling fall out tonight.
I'd really rather wait until the second trimester before having any work done but I wonder if I'm potentially making it worse and risking infection by not getting them looked at quickly.

Hi, I've since had a miscarriage but 2 months ago I was 10 weeks pregnant and I had a tooth out no problems. They said the pain can cause kore distress to the baby than it is to take it out so best to pull it. Pain was gone instantly after that & it was hard before cos I couldn't take nothing strong.

Get any dentistry you need done asap. What are you worried about? I've had x-rays, deep excavations, fillings and a root canal while pregnant. Tell the dentist though.

Sorry, to answer your question I was 5 weeks pregnant when I had my root canal, now 9 weeks and all is well. I think I had my previous work done at about 11 weeks but I don't remember exactly.

I was at the dentist last week for a chipped tooth and my dentist said there is no risk with white fillings.
