5-6 weeks ultrasound scan

Hi girls,

Could you kindly take a look at my photo and tell me what you think?

I booked a private scan thinking I was around 7wks, going by LMP and was hoping to see a heartbeat. I had a mmc a few months back so was hoping to be reassured.

I was told I'm somewhere between 5-6 weeks and I am sure she said there was a yolk sac and fetal pole (my mind went into panic mode when I didn't see a heartbeat so I don't remember well).

Anyway I have attached the photo and I can't see much at all. Has anyone had anything similar?

thank you for your reply! I can’t help but fear the worst, pregnancy can be an awful thing but beautiful. I have a 15 month old and she is keeping me going, but I can’t help but think of this little one that I long for so much. I have to wait a week which is a long time but with what’s happened I can’t see it being good news. Thank you for your positive story
