Help - cramp pain and no sickness anymore

I went for my early scan because I had cramps and said I was too early to see anything said around 4 week, then last night I had bad pains different from the cramps I’ve been having. And woke up to no sickness or any symptoms anymore. I’m be been for a blood test and said everything is fine but still can’t have a scan till 10 days time, they said they can’t say if it’s miscarriage or not till the scan. But with my mental health waiting 10 days if going to drive me mental.
Just wondering if anyone’s been though the same or know anything to help?
still have mild cramps no more big pain like last night but I just don’t feel pregnant anymore, no tiredness or sickness when I’ve had sickness every day. Could it be ok or is it most likely to be a miscarriage?

Hi Chrissy, I didn’t wanna read and run. I’m in the same 10 day wait 💙 . I thought I was 6 week but the early scan couldn’t see anything other than an empty sac.
move been having brown spotting and intense period like cramps (not at the same time though)
I think cramps are normal babe. Try not to stress 💙 the nurse at the hospital told me the cramps mean things are stretching. My rescan is on 31st. It going to be a long 10 days. When is yours? Sending love 🩷💜💙

Forgot to say, my sickness has stopped but my boobs are still sore. Xxx

@Wen19 my scan is Monday the 31st aswel! Longest 10 days of my life! Exactly the same I should be 7 weeks going off my last period but scan says around 4 weeks. Just with still having the pain but no sickness like I’m not pregnant anymore is scary :(

@Chrissy15 how big was your empty sac? Mine was 10mm. Sized at just over 5 week.
im hoping we both just have ovulated late and gotten our dates wrong 💜
I’ve not had any bloods and the EPU didn’t seem concerned.
