Did my waters break or urine?

To cut a long story short Iv got a tummy bug & iv been sick. The last time I was sick my white trousers were totally wet. I'm assuming I wet myself in the process of being sick 🤢
Yellow tinge colour & smelt like urine but my minds now on overdrive.

Second pregnancy & 30 weeks pregnant.
Don't normally wee myself when sick but I guess I'm third trimester & heavier now.

No leaking since so is it just wee?

It definitely sounds like wee. I had a stomach bug around the same time when I pregnant and I remember being sick in the night and literally squirting wee out all over the floor of the bathroom with the pressure!! Try not to worry and concentrate on getting better. Xx

I would go to your midwife or hospital and get it checked. If it is wee - they won't mind - if it is waters leaking you will be glad you did

It sounds like a wee, especially if it smells like one.
Waters smell a bit sweet and almost like sperm.

When my waters broke it wouldn't stop... I was losing fluid constantly for at least an hour. I had to put on a maternity pad to get to the hospital. Also felt a distinctive pop beforehand. I think this sounds like urine more than waters having broke.

It's definitely wee, especially since it has stopped. I had a gastro bug in my third trimester and wet myself with every vomit!

Yeah when my waters broke at first it was a warm sensation. Was more than a dribble then a few hours later it was like a huge gush that didn't stop for ages!

Waters don’t smell like wee so I’d say likely just wee, especially if you haven’t had anymore.

Wee. But if you're concerned get a midwife to check you put to put your mind at rest

Yes waters don't smell at all like urine- but midwives will be happy to check you out if you're worried.

Thanks all. Decided to get checked out to put my mind at ease.
Turns out I have a upper UTI urine flagged up lots of problems so being sent off to labs.
Been given anti sickness tablets & antibiotics.

And the fluid was wee! Joys of womanhood!

Put a pad on. If anything else leaks you can take the pad to hospital to get it checked to see if it’s pee or waters going.

It’s very common to wet yourself when you throw up when pregnant or pretty much forever after that.
