Hi all I'm really struggling. I was 11 weeks yesterday and just really struggling to believe I'm pregnant as I've had next to nothing in the way of symptoms. I've had sore nipples (rather than boobs) and I'm bloated but that's about it. I might be more tired but I think it's more cause I don't sleep well.

I had a MC in January at 8 weeks (no symptoms with that either) which was pretty instant and although no bleeding or cramping so far I've been reading about MMC and convinced myself that it's going to happen to me at my 12 week scan next Friday.

I know everyone and every pregnancy is different but I asked my mum and sister if they had sickness which they both did and so that's playing on my mind too!

I've not had a private scan either cause that would just cause me more anxiety!

Did anyone have a healthy pregnancy without any symptoms that can reassure me?

I'm over fifteen weeks and still symptomless xx

Bangkokbaby · 19/07/2023 18:29

I had no symptoms for the first few months. I was pregnant with twins!

FatFilledTrottyPuss · 19/07/2023 18:49

The only thing I had close to a symptom with ds was when my ribs started to hurt under the strain of expanding to fit him, and needing a wee more often as he pressed on my bladder. No sickness, no cravings, nothing. I was in complete denial about having a baby though so maybe that was why.

Hiddenvoice · 19/07/2023 18:55

I had no symptoms with my pregnancy other than a sore stomach. Now have a 15 month old and feeling like I got off lucky with no sickness!

Whataretheodds · 19/07/2023 18:57

I was sick as a dog before my miscarriage so it doesn't tell you anything.

You're not symptomless - you have sore nipples, you're bloated, tired, have had a positive pregnancy test and have presumably missed at least two periods by now.

Whataretheodds · 19/07/2023 18:58

I know it's hard but you just don't know. You won't change the outcome by worrying, you'll just wring yourself inside out. Try and distract as much as you possibly can, and just deal with one day at a time.

Dd is 16 now. Was maybe a little more tired the first three months. No sickness at all or cravings. Baby didn't kick till gone 24 weeks. No really visible bump till 7 months.
Baby however was back to back.

I had no symptoms, I’d I hadn’t missed my period I’d never have guessed, I was convinced I’d turn up to the first scan and there wouldn’t be a baby.
He’s now a very lively almost 1 year old, so don’t read into your symptoms / lack of too much :)

TTCJJB · 19/07/2023 21:45

I'm 23 weeks and other than visibly looking pregnant I'm symptomless.

Summertimeflowers · 19/07/2023 22:06

Hey OP,

I had no symptoms at all throughout my whole pregnancy, no morning sickness, nothing and my DS is now 11 weeks ☺️ It's a vulnerable time, especially those early weeks but please try not to worry!

shakeitoffsis · 19/07/2023 22:15

9 month old and 4 year old never had symptoms with either.

Sorry to jump in, I came across this thread and have to say it’s so reassuring to read others have no symptoms too. For some reason I always assumed I should wake up and “feel pregnant” everyday. Have some sort of feeling or symptom and it worries me too that I don’t.

Just thought I'd update my post incase it helps others in the future. I had my 12 week scan on Friday and it was perfect. Baby was wriggling around loads with a strong heartbeat and even turned to wave to us it was so cute. I said to husband its so amazing to think that they are moving around so much and I can't feel a thing! I thought I was 12+3 but she dated me at 12+1 so pretty much bang on.

The relief is immense and just goes to show that symptoms aren't everything. I also feel incredibly proud of myself cause I didn't have a private scan, I waited and trusted my body and it was so worth it.

Picture below of baby mooning at us!
