I don’t even think a nub is visible … I have no clue and ultimately I don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl as long as it’s ok but I thought I’d ask for fun! This is todays scan at 12+4 🥰

What a lovely clear image! I'm guessing girl but I agree the nub isn't visible due to baby's position.
