Panicking! Just started at home abortion

Hi, can anyone share there experience after inserting the 4 abortion pills, I have just done it and I'm panicking it's going to hurt because I took paracetamol instead of cocodomol and I also have bad anxiety so this whole situation is making it worse. Thanks

Hi @cookingmama02 - I think you would be best contacting the Aftercare service at your provider and they will be able to advise/reassure you much better than anyone here on MN.

First of all I never even knew you could do this at home. But I had an abortion when i was 17 and mine was in hospital but I'd imagine it would be similar situation. Just keep topping up on painkillers and keep a pad on at all times. Please be careful I didn't pass my baby at hospital I passed it at home after being there all day and days later had to have a scan and some of the baby stuck inside me .. more pills later and everything was sorted it was a very painful time both mentally and physically x
