Sickness not as bad as first pregnancy

I felt sick from morning to night with my first pregnancy. This is my second and I only get sickness waves now and again. Is this normal? (7 weeks + 1 day pregnant)

I am pregnant with #3. I had no sickness at all with #1, to the point that I didn’t know I was pregnant til I was close to 20 weeks.
I had quite bad nausea until about 11 weeks with #2 and had mild nausea with this pregnancy until about 9 weeks (currently 21 weeks). So it could be absolutely fine! I have 2DDs and I’m pregnant now with a boy.
Think positive thoughts and if you’re really anxious try and book yourself in for a private scan, at 7 weeks you should be able to see something.

Enjoy it! I don't know if it's normal but with DS1 I threw up a lot. With DS2 I threw up once. Now pregnant for the third time and have had a week of nausea but no throwing up - yippee! Maybe we get used to the hormones? Don't know, don't care, just glad to be eating normally!

My sickness was very different with my two pregnancies

MissHoollie · 10/07/2023 16:55

Different with all 3 of mine.

Mine has been different. Pregnancy 1, started at 7 weeks, was sick roughly every few days but felt sick every day lasted until week 13/14.

Pregnancy 2 (now 20+1), started at 5 weeks, just the feeling of wanting to be sick though, not actually been sick this time. Was feeling much better by 12 weeks x

Thanks so much all. I'm an over thinker which doesn't help 😂 x
