Cyclogest success stories?

Has anyone has a large number of miscarriages (I'm talking more than 6-7) and had a successful pregnancy on progesterone supplements? Really looking for some rays of hope to cling to until my next scan!

Not quite the same but I had three unsuccessful rounds of ivf. On the fourth I was prescribed lubion progesterone injections and I'm now heading towards 14 weeks pregnant xx

Yes but progesterone was never my issue, I had three out of seven losses tested and all were chromosomal issues so that was likely the cause of them all. The progesterone in my case was just a box ticking exercise.

I’m so sorry for your losses. Have you had any testing done? I hope this is the one for you, I eventually got there with my eighth.

Yes, I've had 10 miscarriages and a stillbirth and had 4/5 of my miscarriages tested, no chromosome issues. All my losses have been after seeing a heartbeat, and all make it to 8 weeks, stop developing and are discovered at a later scan to be MMCs. Hoping progesterone can save my sanity!

That’s really difficult, I’m so sorry. Has your partner had his sperm DNA fragmentation tested? What other testing have you had done? Are you taking aspirin too?

No, he's not had any testing. I'm on 150mg of aspirin and 3x 100mg of clexane injections per day, as well as prednisolone.

I had 4 miscarriages and took cyclogest on my fifth pregnancy. Currently 29 weeks. Fingers crossed for you

I have had 4 miscarriages. 2 x Early, one chemical, and MMC at 12 weeks. I was prescribed progesterone (Cylogest) for this pregnancy, along with aspirin and I took Folate instead of the Folic Acid. I am currently 22 weeks. Good luck xx
