Hello ladies, so as title says, I'm pregnant with my 4th (yaaay!) Only about 4/5 weeks. This is actually my 3rd pregnancy since having my 3rd child as mc twice recently but I'd love to know.....what was your 4th pregnancy like? Will I feel things alot earlier? Show alot earlier? Will Labour be quicker 😂 I'd love to hear all your stories of 4th pregnancy good or bad.

I had 4 boys when I fell pregnant with my 4th. My previous pregnancies were pretty much identical, my 4th was very different with regards to morning sickness and the size of my bump but it was another boy!
My labour was also the longest out of my 4 but he was my smallest baby.
I never thought I'd have such a big family but my goodness our youngest is just absolutely adored by us all and he just loves his big brothers!

I had 3 boys not 4!!!

@Mummapenguin20 wow! I do love a baby bump so I'm hoping I look like you soon. I'm a size 6 so I don't think I'll be able to hide it when it starts to show.

I have a 14 year old daughter 10 year old daughter and 2 year old son. My kids know because my 14 yr old announced mum what’s happened you look huge! X

Congrats! 4th pregnancy here too 20wks. Could feel kicks on the outside since about 16/17 weeks and yes, showed a lot earlier. The only other differences I’ve noticed so far is that we haven’t been given many sincere congratulations when we’ve told people. Either people are quite non-interested or have made a joke about not owning TV etc.. but not really followed up with anything positive. I also feel like I’ve been asked by everyone if this is my last, which is a bit awkward for us to answer as I don’t know? Just enjoying this pregnancy first. Once you surpass 3, I think people just feel like they can ask these sorts of questions which can feel a tad tedious or invasive.

I think I'll get the same reaction to be honest
I'm one of 3 but the only one with kids so they just don't get it 😂 and most people assume it was unplanned or ur a moron 😂
I know many people who have 1 child and can't cope and I know some with 6 who are amazing. Everyone is different and I wish people would jist be kind.

Hi, I’m on my 5th pregnancy, but my 4th was very much bigger and more noticeable than the others. I looked like I was ready to ‘pop’ by week 30, and spent the rest looking huge! She was super big though, at 9Ib 10oz. The biggest by a long shot.

I must agree - the comments about the pregnancy were not all very supportive at that time, but I just brushed this off as each child has been a gift. I haven’t told anyone yet apart from my partner and manager this time, but I am waiting for the usual comments when the time comes (we live in a village). My partner’s mother is the funniest, she looks traumatised every time we say we are pregnant, and last time she joked that she will ‘fix’ my partner herself so we don’t have children again. I thought that was strange, so not looking forward to telling her, she had a tough time when she was raising her sons.

Hi, I'm pregnant with baby #4 too, my other DC are 3, 2 and 3 months old. This one was a bit of a surprise but every child is a blessing :), don't let negative comments from strangers make you feel bad 50 years ago large families were the norm. Society has become very infantophobic these days...
