Hey, is anyone taking progesterone whilst pregnant? I've had 3 miscarriages so was prescribed to take from my positive test, which was today. Just wondering if anyone has any experience - are there some effects, did it work, did it not work?

-ps I took mine vaginally. I'd recommend panty liners to avoid ruining your knickers. There are side effects but I don't know which were down to the progesterone and which I would have anyway during 1st trimester in a successful pregnancy.

I take progesterone pessaries and injections twice a day due to IVF pregnancy. Whenever I've had blood tests they've indicated that my progesterone was low. With this pregnancy on the medication I've made it to 12+4 :)

Wow so many successful stories! So pleased for you all, thank you for your responses. I have had 2 MMC this year and have been taking progesterone vaginally since my viable scan at 7+2 weeks. I have another scan tomorrow where I will be around 9 weeks so I am hoping everything goes well. 🤞🏼
