You're surely not trying to become pregnant at the age of 17?

yes i'm sure! but my dream is to get pregnant for my nana! i want to see her happy because 5 years ago her son passed away she's is really struggling but i know it's not right age pregnant at 17. im not on birth control anymore but i took an ovulation test it's was smile i was like what seriously?! because i thought depo injection still in my body and hormones? my depo injection latest the 2nd of February so I'm not on Depo injections for 2 months now I feel sick and breast sore and fatigued and have a headache I don't know what's going on with my body if you know what I mean. I know it's stupid not to be on birth control anymore I feel so bad and blame myself :( x

I ovulated a few days after 21 May and these are my current tests . Unless you implanted very late?

Get another test to be sure however the above line is not in the correct place unfortunately.

yes it's was 12dpo stopped bleeding 5 days ago it's was brown and pink so we don't know if i'm pregnant or period or whenever?.

Oh yes I'm sure your Nana will be thrilled

PinkButtercups · 07/06/2023 00:08

No, you're not pregnant and really have a good re think if you're actually 17 and this is real. Can you afford to have a child? Bring them up on your own? Put a roof over their head?

TheShellBeach · 07/06/2023 00:08

You shouldn't be trying to get pregnant for anyone but yourself.
Getting pregnant for your nana is ridiculous.

Especially at the age of 17. Surely your nana isn't encouraging this?

Mangotango39 · 07/06/2023 00:09

@noibones this is rude.

OP you are very young - your off legal age so whatever my opinion , this is up to you.

You don't however need a baby to make your nan happy , there's plenty of other ways to do this (new job, study , travel etc)

I would suggest sitting down with your boyfriend and having a real conversation about what you want moving forward considering all the factors and if you are ready then go from there.

You have so much time . There is no rush at this age 😊

i'm sure she will🩷

And I'm sure that that poster was being sarcastic.
Obviously your nana is not going to be thrilled about a teenage girl with no husband or home being pregnant.

DeflatedAgain · 07/06/2023 20:37

Did you retest @CharlieEngland

It's not really a shame. She's only 17.

Damn, I hadn't read the updates.

I stand corrected...

If this is real, OP, there is no need to rush into a pregnancy. Please enjoy your younger years first. Do you realise how expensive having a baby is? You need to be emotionally and financially ready before you have a child. It's hard work.

Please reconsider.

Stargazer1000 · 24/06/2023 19:10

ALL, Advice plz !!! Do you think this is a positive pregnancy test? Could it just be an evaporation line??

pregnancy test
SurferAnna · 24/06/2023 19:20

I learnt the hard way about evap lines, and I'm afraid that looks like the evaps I had. The second line should be the same thickness as the control line.
Throw out any blue dye tests you have, get some pink ones, and retest!

Hannah6777 · 02/08/2023 10:22

Hiya can anyone help. Is this a postive I took test this come back now other brands are coming back negtive

Pollywoddles · 02/08/2023 10:27

@Hannah6777
Your other tests might be less sensitive. Have you compared sensitivity?

Hannah6777 · 02/08/2023 11:42

I haven't I didn't think of that
