Hi ladies
ive suffered with heart palpitations this pregnancy . They did a heart scan on me aswell as a 24 h tape test. All came back as clear but with palpitations which were 'normal' because my heart goes so fast on any form of movement they prescribed me a beta blocker called bisoprolol. Has anybody else been on this in pregnancy? I'm worried as there's a risk associated with it of growth problems but the cardiologist said it'll be okay to take ? So confused and worried . I've taken 3 tablets so far and already feeling better with my heart

Hi all,
I know this is an old-ish thread but wondering how you’re both getting on? I have been prescribed 2.5mg daily and am currently 10 weeks pregnant. Cardiologist, midwife, and pharmacist say they’re safe but I haven’t been able to resist Dr. Google…
I am taking them now as I trust the cardiologist but would love to know your experience! Hoping for some reassurance!
