11 weeks back pain and slight cramping

I'm a round 11 weeks pregnant. I've woken up with a backache around the middle of my back and and slight cramping at the bottom of my belly.
I do have a toddler so not sure if I've over done it chasing her around.
I saw baby last Thursday due to bleeding slight but they said all was fine.
Is it something I need to worry about or just normal around this time. I don't recall it this early on in my first pregnancy.

Is pain severe ? I am almost 11 weeks as well and I have the cramping pain really low down every few days on and off but it is not painful... i have had a scan since and all fine.
I think it's nothing to worry about unless the pain is painful and then accompanied by blood as well.
I noticed I have those cramps more when my bladder is full x

@Lillybobs86 it's quite a dull ache it not super painful. I think I'm just questioning everything with this pregnancy as I bleed a bit at the beginning and didn't with my first. The first trimester is so nerve-wracking x

Yes it's a dull ache almost feels like a period pain 🤦🏽‍♀️
It is on and off though so I wouldn't worry.
I didn't have this at all when pregnant with my daughter so this time I was worrying from 4.5 weeks when first had that x

Im 15 weeks and had lower back ache and " period" type pains everyday. When I'd overdone it it would go all around my belly. I think it normal for some but given you've hd bleeding last week id call your midwife or Drs.
