Lost pregnancy symptoms at 7 weeks

Hi all, since yesterday all my symptoms have almost all stopped. I'm still tired in the evening, but no sore boobs anymore and I don't feel nauseous anymore.

I'm about 7 weeks pregnant.

Is this a sign my pregnancy hormones are going down and I am experiencing a miscarriage?

I'm super anxious :(

Not necessarily at all. Don't jump to conclusions. Maybe see if you can organise a scan to reassure yourself. Symptoms are different on different days.

I'm nearly 11 weeks and have barely any symptoms. I had quite severe stomach and back pains but they've eased off. No morning sickness. Just tired and cranky. Counting down the days til my 12 week scan.
I had much worse symptoms with first preg.
Get an early scan if you can to put your mind at rest but it is normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go.

Sorry to jump on , I'm in the same boat too I'm 10 weeks and I've got no symptoms too. Can I request an early scan for reassurance? Would they think I'm silly? I do have a scan in 2 weeks time but the anxiety is hitting me hard. This is my 3rd pregnancy so should I expect this x

I don't have experience, maybe your GP can refer you to EPU for an early scan?
I'm not sure if they would do the scan though considering you're not bleeding and got your proper scan in two week's time.

Alternatively, you can go to one of these privat scan places. Scans are about 45 pounds.

I had one two days ago and there was a strong heartbeat. The day after my symptoms vanished.

The anxiety is horrible.
This is my third pregnancy, too.

I can't justify going for repeat scans, both for financial and medical reasons (surely can't be healthy to scan too often).

I had a chemical pregnancy between my son and daughter. I told myself today that when I had my chemical pregnancy, I felt quite nauseous with breast pain, although my pregnancy hormones were much lower than they are now.

So lack of symptoms or an abundance of symptoms can't tell you how well a pregnancy is going.

I think I need other ways to deal with the anxiety.

Today I felt much better when I went for a walk in the sun.

I hope you will get your reassurance soon and will find a way to feel less anxious, too xx

@Wasserfall , maybe I'm just best of waiting for 2 weeks . My boobs have slightly got bigger over the last week , but I had symptoms and then disappeared lol , maybe I'll just wait and see what happens . Anxiety isn't helping either . It's so horrible isn't it xx

Hello,
From my experience there's nothing to worry about, my symptoms stopped at 10 weeks, I had a scan at 9w5d and all was fine.
