Aspirin- accidentally took high dose

im slightly panicking as I’ve been prescribed low dose aspirin 75mg (2- 160 my)once a day from 12weeks as over 40. I was away from home (13 weeks) and left them, so picked some up and stupidly didn’t realise at that point.. low dose! So took 2 standard 300mg dose (600mg total) for two nights!!! I’m hoping this hasn’t caused any harm 🙏 anyone else made similar mistake??

Did you get any answers for this as I have just done the same?

Midwife said as only couple of times should be fine and I didn’t have any adverse effects. Double check with your own midwife but I was fine
