Pregnant or MC - 3 months postpartum

I have just found out im 5 weeks pregnant.
my DH and I had unprotected sex once last month, I took the MAP (Ellaone) the next morning and had what I thought was my period 28 days later following a negative pregnancy test. However I had a bright red bleed last night with some clots which I thought was potentially the start of another period. This morning it has changed to brownish spotting - I did 2 pregnancy tests and they’re both strong positives.
im not sure what is going to happen as I’ve had no pain, just the bleed.

looking for any advice, I can’t believe it…

I would call your gp to check this :)

I phoned EPU but they said I need to wait and see as under 6 weeks. However not sure about the chances of the pregnancy continuing as it was a bright red bleed with clots then some slight spotting but now nothing - has anyone experienced this? I’m not sure if that’s been an MC since it’s so early?

I'm surprised they wouldn't invite you in for an early scan? I hope you're doing ok x

They said they wouldn’t do anything until at least 6 weeks, I’m a bit worried as I did 2 tests yesterday and they’re very strong but I had a lot of bleeding and some slight back pain not to mention what I thought was my period 11 days ago 🫤

Just take it easy- easier said than done I know. It's a week away from being 6 weeks so you can go in then and be checked x

Thanks @ElleJones1 , I turn 6 weeks on Saturday but have a gut feeling somethings not right, hopefully if I can get a scan next week I can get some answers x
