I'm currently 6w +5 and for the last few days the sickness and nausea has been quite bad but today no sickness (little bit of nausea) and really hungry! Is this normal or should I be worried?

I've had the same. Nausea has been on and off- had one week where it was really bad then a day when I felt back to normal. Midwife said not to worry about it, symptoms do come and go x

Think I got carried away, well and truly feeling it now! Got an early scan next week which I'm hoping puts my mind at ease x

Oh yea mine was crazy for variation. I had weeks 7-8 when it was 2-3 mornings a week. Then weeks 8-9 it completely dissappeared. Then weeks 9-12 it came back more intense/frequency, also randomly over the place, not just mornings. Then weeks 12-13.5 only a bit of nausea and sick twice. Then the day after my dating scan I was sick 3 times in one day. Then nothing since. Currently 30weeks.

I'm 33 weeks, this is how my sickness has been through my whole pregnancy. I will have a few days of being sick and feeling awful then a few days of being absolutely fine. Same with headaches.

My midwife assures me it's totally normal and likely due to fluctuations in hormones.
