Where did my belly go?

Hey mamas!

I’m 22+3, and have a case of the disappearing belly. I know that baby’s position can do this, but didn’t know it could happen to such an extent.

I still feel movement (albeit a little due to anterior placenta) but some days I look like I had a whopper meal, and other days it really does poke out quite a bit.

anyone else going through this? Pregnancy is weird 😅 (First time mum - age 40)

Hello!

I was like this until I hit 26 weeks.

One day, I'd wake up with a very round tummy and the next, I'd be able to suck in nearly as flat as a pancake!

I asked the midwife and she said, baby moves and is still small enough to hide so sometimes certain positions will make your bump "disappear".

I hit 26 weeks and had a definite prominent baby bump which is getting bigger every day 😂

Congratulations! X

Aww congratulations on your little bundle ❤️❤️❤️

It really is such an amazing phenomenon. I can actually feel the kicks now, when I touch my belly, which is also quite magical.

Here’s to happy, healthy babies!
