10 weeks heartburn reflux and nausea

Sorry to post again with another question, I haven’t seen a midwife yet so no one to ask really as no one knows I’m pregnant.

Since 8ish weeks I’ve been having horrid heartburn after eating pretty much anything, paired with acid reflux and then feeling nauseous through the day too - I am worried about getting the correct nutrients for my baby because I’m struggling to face eating food because I just feel so constantly sick or feel horrid after eating 😬

Has anyone got any tips for coping with this, suggestions for healthy easy foods that are good for nausea? Thanks in advance x

Gaviscon was my saviour, it’s perfectly safe for pregnancy and I use to take 2 each time I had heartburn. Just follow the instructions.

I’d go to the docs if you are feeling really bad but just try to eat anything, even dry toast, so that you can get something in you. Something, no matter what, is better than nothing.

Best of luck
