Nausea when pregnant with twins

Hi all,

I'm pregnant with twins, now 13 weeks and I've had some awful nausea.

Is nausea likely to go on longer with twins? When does it stop?

Im on ondansetron and prochlorperazine. Im also going to Cyprus in my 18th week for a week. Do people think this is too risky or ok because it's early?
