Movement?

Hi i'm 23 weeks pregnant and over the past few days baby hasn't been moving that much at all.
when usually he is really active, i also am having period like cramps not sharp pains but a dull ache, any ideas as to what it could be?

Hi well went into hospital yesterday as baby still hadn't moved, checked over and babys' fine
but i've got protein in my waters and swelling of the feet, so have to keep an eye on it,
other than that everythings okay.

gem I was the same as you with all my pregs, lost count of the amount of times I took myself off to hospital, only for the baby to move around like mad as soon I got there! What can help is to eat a light snack, drink a glass of cold water, then lie on your side for about 45mins, it usually does the trick! dont forget though, your baby is still quite small and you still wont feel a lot of the movements that are going on.

Hi all well baby has moved quite abit and at work my colleague noticed him/her do a somersault and my bump looking a very odd shape!!!
I think i'm going to have a girl but everyine at work thinks i'm going to have a gorgeous baby boy, that will look just like his father, bless him!!!!
My hip is also alot better and back still hurts but got physio thursday so hopefully it will help abit.
