Anyone had intense right shoulder pain come on at 40 weeks

I've also been having what I think are contractions and some reduced movements (I'm going to the hosp now) but wondered if anyone had the shoulder pain?

It's worse than the contractions at this point! 🙃

Please be very careful with shoulder pain OP.
Pregnancy and recent post partum can be high risk time for blood clots - not to scare you!

I delivered 2 weeks on Wednesday and had 2 days of excruciating left shoulder/chest pain and it being hard to deep breathe. I hadn’t been able to even cuddle my baby for the 2 days.
I went to A&E yesterday and have been diagnosed with a blood clot and minor chest infection. Glad you’re going to hospital, hope you get sorted soon.

@halloumi1 congrats on your baby, hope you're doing okay!
I was all checked out and they think it could have been to do with a previous section and potentially scar rupture. Thankfully not, and pain subsided with meds

My little girl was born at 6:09pm this evening
