Hi
This is my second pregnancy. My first one 8 years ago I didn't suffer at all in but this one I have constant nausea and fatigue.

I'm really struggling to take my vitamins as they make me feel even more sick.

Can anyone recommend any that made them less nauseous?

Thank you

I usually take pregnacare but this time I’ve gone for one called proceive. The reviews looked good for not making people nauseous. Are you taking them with food? They can make you really nauseous if you take on an empty stomach

I switched from seven seas to pregnacare but I take them right before I go to bed and sometimes have something to eat with it which seems to stop the sick feeling. Sometimes even having them in my mouth about to swallow them is enough to set off the gagging though 🙄

The Boots pregnancy ones. They have ginger in. Pregnacare made me feel really ill.
