Fever early pregnancy

Hello

Iv got the most awful cold/cough. Today Iv got a fever of 37.9-38 degrees. Iv been taking paracetamol every 4 hours. Is there anything else I can take? Paracetamol doesn't seem to be knocking it on the head unfortunately 🙁
I'm 7+6 weeks. Will baby be ok?

I had strep throat at 5 weeks and couldn’t get a doctors appointment for 3 days so just took paracetamol to try and keep my temperature down as advised before I could be seen and get antibiotics. They wouldn’t let me see a nurse instead as I was pregnant so had to see a GP. Everything was fine I’m 12+6 now and had a lovely scan on Wednesday. There’s isn’t really anything other than paracetamol you can take I don’t think
