Heartbreak and pregnant

Hello everyone 💗 I'm 18 and pregnant my partner was 27. He's decides he doesn't want to be with me. It was a planned pregnancy. He was my first love so I'm currently going through my first heartbreak whilst also being pregnant and it's a lot. I struggle with my mental health already and this is a lot to deal with. Id love for some advice and support from anyone who can or anyone who has gone through something similar please thank you xx

I haven't dealt with it when pregnant (dealt with a split this pregnancy, but tbh it was a bad relationship and I just felt relief)
I still spoke to mw about it though, and she's made it clear there are referrals she can do for me for prenatal counselling. Think they call it perinatal mental health? So that's an option if you need it.

My heartbreak one was a few years ago, I was destroyed over it. Left with nowhere to live with 4 kids.

My best advice is to talk, be it here, to family, friends or professionals.
I can tell you now it will get better, a few months down the line it won't seem so bad I promise. But I've found that advice rarely useful at the beginning myself.
