Round ligament pain this early?

Hi folks, I'm currently 7w5d via ivf. I've had my first scan and all looking good (yay!) However, I'm having pain, like really firey hot pain just above where my hip bones are when I (try to) turn over in bed, and sometimes when i sneeze. It was so bad last night that I can still feel the ache when I move...I hope I've not torn something.
Been reading about round ligament pain but apparently it happens later on?

Has anyone experienced this early? I have had surgery, vertical scar from bellybutton down, maybe things are extra tight?

I get this sometimes when I’m laying down in bed and cough. Have done since around 6 weeks I think. I did when I was with my daughter too.

I had this in 4 pregnancies from literally 4 weeks, it was my first symptom twice.
