Day trips in work as a pregnant learning support assistant

I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and it's really not treating my body kindly. It's my second pregnancy and I had loads of energy second trimester but this time, I'm already walking with a waddle with horrendous back pain

I work as a learning support worker for a college and the student I'm with has high functioning autism. This week we have two day trips planned during lessons which involves a 20 minute walk into the local town and then spending a few hours in the town researching local businesses which would involve a lot of walking and no rest.

I really don't think I'll be able to last on this trip cause even walking round tesco is a struggle, I can't be penalised by work for saying I can't go can I? It would be a completely pregnancy related reason
