To be in agony

I'm not really sure if this is just to rant or really I'm in so much pain I'm desperate for any help.

I've been up to a and e and have a possible p.e though they're suspecting it to be more indigestion. However, despite all the painkillers (I've tried paracetamol and dihydrocodeine) and using gaviscon and Omeprazole the pain isn't improving at all. I'm due a scan on Friday to see if it is a blood clot.

The problem is I'm in so much pain that I can't look after my son. I'm having to give him to family to watch as even sitting I am in agony. I, myself, doubt it's a blood clot I think it's my daughter because she is breech and I asked the sonographer where she was sitting and she said her head is right under my ribs which matches with the movements I've been feeling. I'm just at a loss of what to do because I'm in so much pain I'm getting depressed I want this baby out! I know they won't as it's way to early and again it could be a blood clot but I'm in agony. I do have fibromyalgia so pain can be worse feeling for me than it would for others.

I guess I was just wondering if this kind of pain sounded similar to anyone that had a PE or a breech baby and if anyone has any tips for the pain because it's making me start to be negative towards my daughter like I'm not happy I'm pregnant I'm starting to be upset and miserable about it and just want her out.

Sorry for the long rant I'm just in agony.

Thank you

Thought I'd update in case anyone stumbled across this in future. The pain ended up being liver pain as I had cholestasis. Daughter born early after reduced growth and high liver levels at 37+2 at 6lbs 2oz
