I would double check though with your midwife / GP

If you're currently having a reaction you can call 111 for some advice (assuming its not a severe reaction amd you need immediate medical advice) or do you have a maternity triage number?
My gp told me it was OK to use my normal antihistamines if I have a reaction (nut allergy, but not anaphylatic) as it was safer to treat the reaction than not, but definitely worth checking with a medical professional.
