Early scan 5+4 yolk sac

Hi, I had an early scan today. I should be around 5+4. They could see the gestational sac and yolk sac. They said they could see a bleed but that can be normal in early pregnancy? I have to go back in 2 weeks time to see if it has progressed. Has anyone had this? Has everything been ok? Tia
