Have I been using clary sage too early?!

Hello,
I’ve been using a pulse point oil and pillow spray on/off for weeks to relax and only yesterday did I find out that clary sage is meant to bring on labour and NOT to use it before 37 weeks.. I’m 30+2 today so am majorly panicking now!!!

Please see attached- does this actually contain clary safe? It says ‘fragranced with’.

Thank you 🙏🏽 x

Don’t worry. The risk is inducing labour too early and that hasn’t happened, so you’re fine. Just stop using it now, no harm done. Congratulations!

@peachgreen thank you! I called the day unit and she reassured me too. I think I was worried the effect might not show straight away but seems it would. In the cupboard they go!! X

I'm no expert but it's unlikely to be strong as there are multiple scents and might be fragrance oil, rather than essential oil which won't do anything. But as long as you stop now, you'll be fine.
