Apologies as I think I've posted something similar before but just wanted to know if anyone else has had or heard of something similar.
So I'm around 17 weeks now and since 11ish weeks I've had this weird tingling pain sensation in my left groin area when I'm laying on my side. Feels a bit like pins and needles in my groin. It doesn't matter if I lay on my right or left side , I only feel the pain in my left groin and neither position stops the tingling.
It's not a continuous pain but seems to just come and go every single night , it takes me ages to get to sleep with it and I frequently get woken up by it. I don't seem to feel it when I'm walking or sitting so I'm thinking it may be a trapped nerve?
Midwife has just said it's probably growing pains 🤷♀️
