Clear blue not moving from 2-3 weeks

Hi all,

I am 22dpo (I know my exact dates as had ivf so am 17dp5dt) and my clear blue test still days 2-3 weeks - I should be 3 plus by now (as I know you add 2 weeks and I’m 5weeks1 day now).

i got a 2-3 8/9 days ago so really think it should have increased by now to 3 plus if my HCG levels were rising properly 😔 what do you think? Anyone had experience of this?

@le hi 😊 i have changed name since my post on this thread.. but the outcome for me wasn't a good 1 unfortunatley.. ending up misscarrying at bang on 6weeks, 5 days before christmas day 😔 but hopefully you will have a different outcome to me.. have you had any pain or dishcarge/bleeding? x

@XMummyTo5X oh I'm sorry to hear that 😔. No I've had no bleeding. I get cramps every so often but I have from the start. I had a chemical pregnancy 12 weeks ago so uber anxious now. Feel like I have to test everyday and it's driving me nuts even though I can't change anything anyway!

@le i understand how your feeling about testing every day, serial tester & constant knicker checker here too 🤦🏻‍♀️ but to have no bleeding is a positive sign!! & i have worked out for you, if you tested 6 days ago (2-3weeks) the threshold is atleast 150 for a 2-3, & with that in mind, HCG doubles every 48 hours, soo you should get your 3+ on sunday at the earliest 🤞🏼 so try again then 😊 so i would say, its too early for you yet to be seeing a 3+ hun x

@XMummyTo5X thank you! I have one digital test left which I was planning to use Sunday morning anyway. Got my fingers crossed for a happy ending!

@lo thats what the least your hcg levels have to be for a 3+ 😊 so try have ago yourself at working out from 6 days ago when you got your 2-3, just double the numbers every 2 days.. got everything crossed for you hun & please update on sunday x

@lo just checked from past photos.. with my son it took 6days to change from 2-3 to 3+ and with my daughter, it took 8days!

I got a 2-3 (cue freakout) at a few days over 5 weeks then a hcg blood test of 12000 the next day. I recognise hcg testing isn't the norm, I had recurrant miscarriage hence I was having extra tests. These clearblue ones are seriously ridiculous.

Yeah I'm not doing another digital now! I had a CP in December so I'm so anxious this time.

I get that, 5mc here between my babies. Spend you tenner on something nice instead! Best of luck to you.

@le so when are you due then? i have just found out im pregnant again 😬 i cant believe it!! 😭😭

I think around start of November. I have a private scan this Sunday so fingers crossed that turns out well and I can get a rough estimate of dates. That's great, congratulations!
