How long after the test goes negative will heavy bleeding set in?!

I was having faint positive tests for 4 days in a row then they just went negative two days ago, I had brown spotting that night and have on and off since but no heavy bleeding as of yet, with a chemical pregnancy when will the heavy bleeding start after the negative test ?

@Shoot4theMoon I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I had a CP in October and another in November and I started spotting 2 days after negative both times then bleeding 12-24 hours later. Take time for yourself
