Can I use these bath salts while pregnant ?

My mum gave me these lovely bath salts as I was having some muscle pain. Just wondering if they will be okay to use while pregnant ? I had a look online and had some conflicting information. I'm 28 weeks.

Anyone know ??

It says on the boots website no, not if pregnant or breastfeeding

You can use plain Epsom salts though :)

If you wanted an alternative, this knocks me out! Also safe when pregnant, their whole range is lovely
