Freezing cold hands and feet (8 weeks)

Is this normal?

My hands and feet are absolutely freezing and I’m finding it hard to warm them up. SO cold, actually painful sometimes.

can anyone help?

@RandomCatGenerator I have this when pregnant and even when I’m not pregnant. I think I’ve got poor circulation because my feet turn blue or purple. When I asked the GP they said there is medication but if it’s not effecting my life then don’t take it during pregnancy

I don’t think this has anything to do with your pregnancy. It’s very very cold right now.
