29 weeks, crampy period feeling

I'm 29 weeks and feel very crampy in my lower bump, lower back and upper thighs, I've gone and sat on the toilet for a while to see if I needed the toilet and I did have some diarrhoea. It hasn't relieved the crampy feeling. Is this just pressure and everything shifting? Or is it worth a phone call?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Probably unrelated but my boobs are also pouring today, I've had to get changed twice as I'm soaking through clothes and they are going tight and letting down a lot?!

Get any pain you're unsure about checked out. Could be nothing but could also be something so best to get checked out x

I hate phoning triage when I'm still this early so thought I'd check.. guess I'll ring! I hate feeling like a nuisance.

Phone them, I don't want to alarm you but that's who my early labour started and I thought I had food poisoning. Fingers crossed it's nothing.

You're not so early though. I've been in and out of triage since 16 weeks. Hope you get seen soon x

Absolutely ring, you're not early. I don't mean to scaremonger but I had similar at 28 weeks and I was in labour, also didn't really feel I needed to ring but obviously very pleased I did. If in doubt, always always ring! Hope you're seen and sorted soon x

all of the things you mention, including loose stools, can be a sign of labour.

don’t worry about triage, I’ve been there a few times and I’m only 2nd trimester.

better have it checked out.
