Ate washing up liquid pregnancy

So wonderful DH made me dinner this evening… before prepping the mince he washed the pans out with water and washing up liquid rinse and wiped dry… half way through the meal I could taste a chemically like taste not knowing why so I carried on but then asked does he taste it and he said it may of been left over washing up liquid he’d used! Will this be okay? I’ve eaten half already I thought it was just pregnancy taste buds.
