No fetal heartbeat

I had my routine 12 week scan yesterday and they couldn't find a heart beat.
I was devastated but have had no symptoms of miscarriage as yet and don't know what option to take.I still feel sick, still feel pregnant, its really hard.

Hi Lar, this is so sad for you, ive just reached the 12 wk mark and am so anxious and nervous about my scan on weds and having this news. Its awful and heart breaking and my deepest sympathy goes out to you, you poor thing.
just wanted to say i agree with others, i had MC (well blighted ovum - pregnant with no baby) 2 yrs ago and opted for natural miscarriage - it went on and on for 4 weeks, a later scan revealed sac had grown twice the size but i hadnt passed anything!!! i went for D&C in the end because emotionally i couldnt come to terms with everything and it just dragged the emotional pain out.
I wish you all the best and i am just one example that you WILL go on to get pregnant again..
