Identical twins - need advice about cord insertion location

I’m 16 weeks pregnant with identical twins - they are sharing a placenta. At 12 week scan, on the report that I received after it said about the umbilical cord insertion “twin 1 - anterior placenta - lower cord insertion” and “twin 2 - anterior placenta - fundal cord insertion”. What does this mean!? So worried that the cords are not in the correct place and there will be issues. Have another scan on Monday next week but looking for some info before that just to put my mind at rest or be prepared either way! Thanks so much In advance :)

I don't know the answer, and I hope someone comes soon to help but what I'd say is
A. If they had a concern, they'd have mentioned it. I had to have an extra scan between the wall between sacs they'd seen one week wasn't visible the next visit. No drama, just clear explanation and rebooked it and sorted. So there shouldn't be stuff happening or to worry about you don't know.
B. Please call your midwife - do you have a specialist twin one? and ask for advice.

Congrats on the twins, they're certainly fun xx
