Hello lady’s, new mummy to be here!
now I’m currently 27+ weeks pregnant and I’ve been abit worried about my meals recently… I normally have quite a big dinner everyday either a piece of meat with veggies and some carbs or a pasta! But tonight I’ve just not fancied it and only had a jacket potato with boring old beans and cheese followed by some cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes (yum!) is that sufficient enough? I have had cereal today and a sandwich + crisps for lunch and snacking on some fruit!

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It’s fine.

You're massively overthinking. Relax and enjoy whatever you feel like (as long as it's not on the avoid list lol) baby will get what it needs from you.

i thought that would be the case! I’ve had a lot of issues with my diet in the past so I’ve been making a conscious effort to make sure that I’m consuming all the good things for baby!
but thank you, it’s been ever so difficult with my tastebuds as well everything I eat tastes gone off🥲
