I’m 10 weeks tomorrow but today I’ve had so much pain , like period pains. For the while 10 weeks I’ve been suffering terribly with my bowels and trapped wind but I always find it hard to differentiate wind pain and period pain , it’s almost like a full ache that slightly improves with passing wind. Can trapped wind feel like period pains ? I have my first Midwife app in 2 days so will speak to her but I am just expecting to go to the toilet and see blood it’s sometimes that painful. This is also my second pregnancy the sickness has been worse but it’s slowly tapering off now. I’m just so worried and not enjoying it at all.
