When did everyone receive their MATB1 form? I know it can only be issued from 20 weeks, but I just wondered if your midwife issued it or whether you can get it from your GP? I had my 20 week scan yesterday but I never saw a midwife afterwards to ask about this and my next midwife appointment isn't until when I'm 28 weeks 🙄

Midwives are seriously stretched at the moment. The matb1 is a routine piece of paperwork that can be filled in at your next appointment. Calling/emailing/chasing for it will just take time away from others who need it.

@allthingssparkly I didnt get mind at my 20 week scan, so i rang my GP who said they didnt issue them and it should have been done at the scan. Apparently I was meant to request it at the scan, they wont just give you it?! I then had to call my midwife and arrange going back to hospital to collect it x

Yeah it's only the midwife who you can get your @MATB1 from, not the GP. Hope you get sorted x
