I'm wondering if anyone can offer any advice or have had a similar experience? I feel like I'm going out of my mind TTC and cant seem to find the answers I need. My husband and I got married in Feb 2022 and started ttc straight away. I fell pregnant the following month and we were so excited. Unfortunately I miscarried at 7 weeks and even though it was devasting I wanted to start trying again straight away. My miscarriage went on for over 6 weeks as I couldn't pass all of the pregnancy tissue. Long story short I ended up going to a&e one night and was booked in for a D&C the following day. After I had the D&C my next 3 periods were almost non-existent! Very very light and no 'fresh' looking blood (sorry tmi) I went to the doctors and they explained that my lining was just taking some time to build back up. Since then I've had another 4 cycles with what I would call "normal-ish" periods but they have been a bit slimier than before (again, sorry for the details!) There has also been no luck with falling pregnant. Its really getting me down. I think because I fell so quickly the first time I thought it would be the same again. Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm so worried my body isn't how it used to be and something is stopping me from falling pregnant again. Is it worth me going back to the doctors or am I overreacting?
