Work travel to India while pregnant

I've been planning a work trip/offsite in India for two weeks, when I'll be 10 and 11 weeks pregnant and it's my first pregnancy. Im in a leadership role, and haven't told anyone at work yet, and I'm worried it will affect my bonus/raise that is coming up. I do want to go in the trip, but I'm worried about the 10 plus hour flight and about a very full on 2 weeks in India. I could tell my manager but I just asked to negotiate my salary so the timing seems bad and feel strange telling work before my family.

If you do choose to travel you will need to speak to GP about vaccines and antimalarial regimes that are safe in pregnancy. you'll also have to be very careful about foodborne bugs. India also experienced a Zika outbreak in nov 2021 - not sure what current status is but definitely worth looking into it. For the flight the only thing you'll need is compression socks.
